Return and Refund Policy

At Xavian Gadgets, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products that are:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Incorrect or not as described in the order.
  • Unopened and in new condition (for some product categories).

Please note that since we only offer cash on delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be processed based on the method you used to make the payment, in cash or through the return process.

2. Return Process

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order by email at [email protected]. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Once we review your return request, we will send you a return authorization with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return the Product: Return the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the product. If the item meets our return criteria, a refund or replacement will be issued.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued based on the method of the original transaction. Since our platform only offers cash on delivery, we will process the refund in cash.

  • Cash Refunds: If the returned product is approved, we will arrange for a cash refund to be issued directly to you.

Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items that were marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Consumables such as batteries or ink cartridges.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be canceled before shipment. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, it will follow the return process outlined above.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product. We will arrange a return and either a full refund or a replacement based on your preference.
